Families choose which sensory modifications to include, making the celebration comfortable for children with autism or other sensory needs while keeping all the fun birthday elements in place. This experience was created with Autism Speaks to ensure every child can have a birthday they will never forget.
What's Included in a Sensory Sensitive Birthday Party?
Two Hours of Unlimited Gameplay
Every Sensory Sensitive Birthday includes two full hours of unlimited arcade gameplay for the birthday child and guests. The reduced noise and dimmed lighting during Sensory Sensitive Sundays make the arcade especially welcoming for children with sensory sensitivities.
Food, Drinks and Collectible Cups
Chuck E. Cheese birthday packages include pizza, drinks, and collectible cups in a quieter, more comfortable setting. Dippin' Dots ice cream is also included for a sweet treat the birthday star will love.
Dedicated Birthday Party Host
A trained Chuck E. Cheese party host is with your family for the full two hours, helping manage the flow of the party so parents can focus on their child. Hosts are briefed on the Sensory Sensitive Sundays environment and work to keep the experience comfortable and celebration-forward.
The Iconic Ticket Blaster Experience
The birthday star steps into the Ticket Blaster and grabs as many tickets as possible in 30 seconds. Families can choose whether this element is part of the celebration; it is always optional for children who may find the excitement overwhelming.

With my son's ADHD, a lot of things can be difficult, and so any chance to be able to celebrate him and do it in a way that's comfortable is fantastic. I would recommend Chuck E. Cheese for a sensory friendly birthday because of the flexibility that it allows — not only for my child, but for anyone who may be coming to celebrate him as well. We're able to be flexible and work with the staff at Chuck E. Cheese to make the experience really special each and every time.
Parent 2: I get really upset talking about this because it's hard when your kid is rejected and they feel like they don't belong somewhere. And at Chuck E. Cheese, we knew if we planned it on a Sensory Sensitive Sunday, everything was gonna be fine. And we were all gonna have a really, really good time.
