YES! Join Chuck E. Cheese Rewards to get special offers, unlock exciting prizes, and more. You’ll earn Rewards Points for every dollar you spend and even get special birthday treats for you and your family! Now available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

Chuck E. Cheese Rewards is available to enrolled members at participating Chuck E. Cheese restaurants in the United States.

You may enroll in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards if you: (1) are a legal resident of the United States; (2) at least 13 years of age at the time you enroll; (3) have an active, valid e-mail address; and (4) are a human being. Corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, or other legal entities are prohibited from participating, and ineligible to participate, in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards.

Chuck E. Cheese Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only Chuck E. Cheese Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Download Chuck E. Cheese App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and create an account.

When you create your account, you will need to input your name, email, phone number and your favorite Chuck E. Cheese location.

One (1) Reward Point is earned for every dollar you spend. Once you reach 50, 100 or 200 Reward Points, you can redeem these Reward Points for your choice of items.

Rewards accumulated under Chuck E. Cheese Rewards are promotional and have no cash value.

You will begin to unlock rewards once you meet the point threshold. Once you have selected a reward all other items will be locked until you cross that points threshold again.

You can scan the barcode on the receipt(s) or type the number from the receipt(s) to receive your points inside of the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards App.

Yes, membership in Chuck E. Cheese Rewards and downloading the new Chuck E. Cheese App are FREE! There is no cost to join and no membership fee!

No, you cannot. Once you use your point, it will deduct from your account.

Your rewards points are earned when you have purchase an item, then you scan the barcode on the receipt(s) or type the number from the receipt(s) to receive your points! Each of the items in our rewards tier has a cost of either 50, 100, or 200 points (see the chart below). Once you earn 50, 100 or 200 points, you will unlock that rewards tier and you can choose which item you would like to redeem with your points.

In the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards app, choose your reward, tap “redeem”, confirm and the points will be deducted from your points balance. Scan your app barcode or provide your phone number when checking out and the discount will be added at the register.

Yes, Reward points will expire 365 calendar days from the date earned.

No, rewards may not be combined with any other offer or coupon.

Receipts must be scanned into the app within 7 (seven) days from date of purchase.

We love that you want to refer your friends! With every referral, you earn a personal cheese pizza after your friend makes their first purchase.

If un-redeemed, the reward will be put back into your account automatically within four (4) hours.
