1. Periods
1.1 Pre-sale Period. Subject to certain limitations, from May 22, 2023 and through June 4, 2023 (“Pre-sale Period”), you can purchase one of our Summer Fun Pass packages by way of our Mobile App which allows you to receive offers and discounts based upon the package you purchased during the Redemption Period defined below. If you purchase a Summer Fun Pass during the Pre-sale Period, you will receive one (1) 60-Min Play Card that you can use from the date of purchase through the Redemption Period (card or band activation fees are not included). Please note, however, that the earliest redemption of Summer of Pass package offers cannot occur before June 5, 2023.
1.2 Sale Period. Subject to certain limitations, from June 5, 2023 and through August 6, 2023 (“Sale Period”), you can purchase one of our Summer Fun Pass packages by way of our Mobile App or at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations which allows you to receive offers and discounts based upon the package you purchased.
1.3 Redemption Period. Subject to certain limitations as set forth in Sections 7.1 and 8 below, from June 5, 2023 and through September 24, 2023 (“Redemption Period”), you can redeem your Summer Fun Pass at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations. All items associated with the Chuck. E. Cheese Summer Fun Pass are valid only during the Redemption Period at participating locations and for redemption in-store only..
2. Chuck E. Cheese Rewards (“Rewards”) account Required
A Chuck E. Cheese Rewards account (“Rewards Account”) is required to purchase and to fully participate in a Summer Fun Pass Package. If you choose to purchase a Summer Fun Pass in the Mobile App, you will be required to register for a Rewards Account at the time of your Summer Fun Pass Package purchase. If you wish to purchase your Summer Fun Pass in a participating Chuck E. Cheese location, you will be required to download our Chuck E. Cheese App (the “App”) from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for your mobile device and set up your account at any time during the Redemption Period. To access your Summer Fun Pass benefits in the App, you must use the same Account Information when logging in that you used when purchasing your Summer Fun Pass.
If you already have a Rewards Account, you can link your Summer Fun Pass to it.
These terms and conditions apply and are in addition to our Chuck E. Cheese Rewards terms and conditions (found here).
3. Purchase Availability
3.1 Mobile App you may purchase beginning May 22, 2023 through July 31, 2023.
3.2 Participating Chuck E. Cheese locations you may purchase beginning June 5, 2023 through August 6, 2023.
4. Timing of Reward Receipt based in manner of Purchase
4.1 In-Store Purchase (June 5, 2023 through August 6, 2023). If you purchase a Summer Fun Pass at your local Chuck E. Cheese, you will immediately receive, subject to the package purchased, the following benefits: (a) your initial game play card(s); (b) Pizza Savings Pass (Silver & Gold only); and (c) Pass Member Lanyard (all packages). On the next day, the following benefits will be issued: (a) Ticket Blaster Experience (Silver & Gold only) and (b) Birthday Discount (all packages). If you did not provide your Rewards account information at time of purchase or were not previously enrolled in the program, you will need to retain your receipt, download the App and select “Scan Receipt Barcode” to scan or enter your receipt number. This will connect your Local Purchase to your Rewards account. For the remainder of the items, you will receive those items on the following Mondays for 8 weeks over the Redemption Period in accordance with the package you purchased. These can be redeemed in-store by presenting your Rewards account phone number (if you used one to create your account) or scanning your “redeemables” by presenting your Chuck E. Cheese App. Please refer to the table included in Section 6 below for more details.
4.2 Mobile App Purchase (available from May 22, 2023 through July 31, 2023). If you purchase through the App, you will receive, subject to the package purchased, the following benefits for redemption in the App within 4 hours: (a) one 60-Minute “Bring a Friend FREE” Bonus Play Card (Silver & Gold only); (b) your initial game play card(s); (c) Pizza Savings Pass (Silver & Gold only); and (d) Pass Member Lanyard (all packages). On the next day, the following benefits will be issued: (a) Ticket Blaster Experience (Silver & Gold only) and (b) Birthday Discount (all packages). For the remainder of items, you will receive those items on the following Mondays for 8 weeks over the Redemption Period in accordance with the package you purchased. Delivery of these items may take up to four hours. Please refer to the table included in Section 6 below for more details.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE
Summer Fun Pass purchase is final and non-refundable. Summer fun pass is Not redeemable for cash.
6. Packages
Three separate Summer Fun Pass packages (Bronze, Silver and Gold) are available as set forth in the table below. Package prices vary depending upon participating locations. Pass Member will be required to present the App or identify themselves using the phone number associated with their Rewards account at the register to redeem each offer. For guests that used a Social Sign-On to create their account, they will be required to present the App, as a phone number will not be available to look-up the account in-store.

The price of the Summer Fun Pass varies by location and is subject to change at any time during the Redemption Period.
7. BENEFITS
Unless otherwise provided for herein, the following benefits are made available based on the package you purchase, and in the timing and frequency (as the case may be) as set forth below.
7.1 Weekly Game Play. During the Redemption Period, you will receive the number of play cards and amount of play time based upon the Summer Fun Pass package you purchased. The final week’s play card(s) will be based on your date of purchase and will expire per the schedule below. All Weekly Game Play is subject to and governed by our Play Pass Terms & Conditions. Once a card is issued at the point of sale, play time will begin upon the first tap of the card and last for the duration of the time issued. Any play time not used will expire at the close of business on the day it is issued. Any card not issued by the end of the day September 24, 2023 will be forfeited.

7.1.1 Bronze. If you purchase a Bronze package Summer Fun Pass you will receive one (1) 30-Minute game play card each week beginning the week you purchase the Summer Fun Pass for 8 weeks per the schedule above. Each week’s play time is valid upon initial delivery and will expire end of day the following Sunday unless redeemed or used. Play Time is renewed every Monday for 8 weeks and cannot be combined with any other offers.
7.1.2 Silver. If you purchase a Silver package Summer Fun Pass you will receive one (1) 60-Minute game play card each week beginning the week you purchase the Summer Fun Pass for 8 weeks per the schedule above. Each week’s play time is valid upon initial delivery and will expire end of day the following Sunday unless redeemed or used. Play Time is renewed every Monday for 8 weeks and cannot be combined with any other offers.
7.1.3 Gold Pass. If you purchase a Gold Family Pass package you will receive two (2) 60-Minute game play cards each week beginning the week you purchase the Summer Fun Pass for 8 weeks per the schedule above. Each week’s play time is valid upon initial delivery and will expire end of day the following Sunday unless redeemed or used. Play Time is renewed every Monday for 8 weeks and cannot be combined with any other offers.
7.2 Card Activation.
7.2.1 Bronze or Silver Package. If you purchase a Bronze or Silver package, you will receive one (1) game play card activation on your first visit.
7.2.2 Gold Pass. If you purchase a Gold Pass package you will receive two (2) game play card activations on your first visit.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We recommend that you keep the game play card(s) for the duration of the Redemption period to avoid being required to pay a game play card activation fee(s).
7.3 Pass Member Lanyard. You will receive one (1) exclusive Pass Member lanyard, to redeem from the day after purchase through September 24, 2023, while supplies last.
7.4 Ticket Blaster Experience. If you purchase a Silver or Gold package, you will receive a one-time Ticket Blaster experience with a chance to catch up to 500 tickets to use starting the day after purchase through September 24, 2023. Advance notice required. Check local store for details. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
7.5 Pass Member Play Time. If you purchase a Silver or Gold package, you will be permitted to enter into a participating location thirty (30) minutes before scheduled opening time on Fridays, June 2, 2023, July 7, 2023, and August 4, 2023.
7.6 Pizza Savings Pass.
7.6.1 Silver Package. If you purchase a Silver package, you can receive, no more than once per week during the Redemption Period, a twenty percent (20%) discount on the purchase of up to 6 (six) Large or XL Pizzas at a participating Chuck E. Cheese locations. Discount valid on Large or XL Cheese Pizzas only. Offer does not include Toppings, Specialty Pizzas or Stuffed Crust.
7.6.2 Gold Package. If you purchase a Gold package, you can receive, no more than once per week during the Redemption Period, a forty percent (40%) discount on the purchase of up to 6 (six) Large or XL Pizzas at a participating Chuck E. Cheese locations. Discount valid on Large or XL Cheese Pizzas only. Offer does not include Toppings, Specialty Pizzas or Stuffed Crust.
7.7 Birthday Discount. Discount is only available for one-time use and expires September 24, 2024 (party must be held on or before this date). Birthday packages are subject to change at any time and an equivalent birthday package will be offered should packages change.
7.7.1 Bronze Package. If you purchase a Bronze package, you will receive one-time Twenty-Five Dollar ($25.00) discount toward a reserved Mega or Ultimate Birthday Party Package.
7.7.2 Silver Package. If you purchase a Silver package you will receive one-time Thirty-Five Dollar ($35.00) discount toward a reserved Mega or Ultimate Birthday Party Package.
7.7.3 Gold Package. If you purchase a Gold package, you will receive one-time Fifty Dollar ($50.00) discount toward a reserved Mega or Ultimate Birthday Party Package.
7.8 Bring a Friend Free Play Card. If you purchase a Silver or Gold package in the App, you will also receive one 60-minute Play Card to use from the date of purchase through September 24, 2023.
8. Redeeming Your Summer Fun Pass
Summer Fun Passes can only be redeemed at participating U.S. Chuck E. Cheese locations. See www.chuckecheese.com for a full list of locations.
Unless otherwise set for the herein, the Summer Fun Pass benefits are valid for up to 8 weeks from the date of purchase and expire at the end of the Redemption Periods noted in the schedule below. Except for the Birthday Discount, any rewards not issued or redeemed before the end of the Redemption Periods will be forfeited.

9. Membership Cancellation By Us
We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time due to your violation or breach of these terms and conditions as well as any suspected or actual misuse of the Summer Fun Pass program benefits.
