Using Your Fun Pass
Fun Passes run from April 29th to September 2nd, and your benefits are redeemable for two months from the purchase date.
Your Fun Pass must first be used at the “home” location selected upon sign up, or the initial store you purchased from. On any visit after that, your Fun Pass is valid at any participating location a part of the Fun Pass program (almost any location in the United States or Canada).
Note, on your first visit, your Fun Pass benefits MUST be used at the “home” location selected upon sign up, or the initial store you purchased from.
Your benefits can be found in your Chuck E. Cheese Rewards app, under the ‘Rewards’ section. Just select the benefit you’d like to use by clicking ‘redeem’ and show the QR code to a cast member when ordering at the front register. Your game play, and food & drink benefits or discounts will automatically be applied to your check.
If you are unable to use the App, visit your favorite location and provide the cast member with the phone number you used to purchase your Summer Fun Pass and register your Rewards Account.
Don’t forget to use your Fun Pass issued Play Pass card when visiting to redeem game play and to keep collecting E-Tickets for awesome new prizes.
Making more than one purchase during your visit? Your game play and food & drink discount will refresh every 15 or so minutes, so you can play more games, or order dessert before heading home.

Yes, there are a few limitations to your benefit.
• Your ‘food & drink savings’ benefit in-app must be scanned at the time of purchase for the discount to be applied.
• Purchases must be made at the front register, not at a kiosk or via mobile table ordering, and is not applicable for online order delivery orders.
• There are a few restrictions on which menu items receive this discount. The discount does not apply to birthday party items, birthday cakes, Buddy V cakes, alcohol, and a limited number of other limited-time-offer (LTO) items. Also does not apply to non-food/beverage items including trampolines, merchandise, eTickets, etc. Ask a Cast Member for more information, and if any questions.
Expect to receive surprise bonus gifts from us throughout the duration of your Pass. While there is no fixed schedule as to when these will drop, be sure to have your mobile device’s notifications turned on for the Chuck E. Cheese app to get alerted!
Surprise gifts & freebies can be redeemed the same way your Pass benefits would be. After you receive an alert that one has dropped, visit the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards app, and find the gift under the ‘Rewards’ section of the app. Just select the gift by clicking ‘redeem’ and show the QR code to a cast member when ordering at the front register. It will automatically be applied at check out.
