Group Events: Turnkey Fun for 10 to 500 Kids
Every reserved child receives two hours of unlimited arcade game play, two slices of pizza, unlimited soft drinks, a grab bag, an activated Play Pass card, and E-Tickets to use on a future visit. Reserved table space is included. Pricing starts at $11.99 per child for groups of 10–29, and $9.99 per child for groups of 30 or more. No deposit required — book up to 12 months in advance, pay only for the kids who show. FUNdraiser Nights: Raise Money While Having Fun
Host a FUNdraiser night and earn up to 25% back on qualifying event sales — 20% on sales from $250 to $2,499, and 25% on sales over $2,500. Events run Monday through Friday. Eligible organizations include public and private schools (with at least 75 enrolled students) and 501(c)(3) nonprofits with at least 75 participating members directly benefiting children up to age 12. A minimum of $250 in event sales is required to receive any donation. Qualifying sales include dine-in, carryout, and delivery. School fundraisers also include a free meal for every teacher who attends, and Chuck E. may visit your school between 2:00 and 4:00 PM on the day of your event to help promote it — subject to availability.

Community Group & Fundraiser FAQ
- Eligible organizations include public and private schools with at least 75 enrolled students, and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children up to age 12. A copy of the organization's W-9 is required for nonprofits. Events are available Monday through Friday.
- Fundraisers with qualifying sales between $250 and $2,499 earn a 20% donation back. Events with over $2,500 in total qualifying sales earn 25% back. A minimum of $250 in qualifying event sales is required to receive any donation. Qualifying sales include dine-in, carryout, and delivery.

Cheese offers Sensory Sensitive Sundays™ at participating locations — a monthly program held on the first Sunday of each month in partnership with Autism Speaks, with reduced lights, lower sound levels, and a calmer environment.
