TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED TO GIFT CARDS
Chuck E. Cheese's Gift Cards may be purchased in any participating locations in the U.S. and Canada. Please do not purchase any Gift Cards from any other alleged sources. We are not responsible for the validity or value of any Gift Cards purchased from any other alleged sources.
Gift Cards may be used to purchase merchandise or service at any participating store in the U.S. and Canada. All purchases made with Gift Cards are subject to sales tax in the U.S. (or in Canada, GST/PST/HST). Gift Cards may not be used for any on-line purchases or redeemed for cash.
You can use your Gift Cards by presenting them at the register for merchandise or service at any participating store. If your order exceeds the amount available on the Gift Cards, a credit card, debit card or cash will be required for the difference. After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain in your Gift Card's account for future purchases (the Gift Card Number will remain the same). However, the balance in the account may not be increased in value or reloaded.
Gift Cards have no expiration date and no service or reactivation fees will be charged for unused balances.
You should contact Customer Service in the event your Gift Cards are lost, stolen or you wish to check the balance on your cards. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of the Gift Cards to comply with any changes in applicable law.
