Health and Safety Guidelines

We are following the guidance of national health experts, along with implementing the new safety and sanitation procedures put in place by local officials. We are doing everything we can to provide the safest experience possible for our guests and cast members. For a list of locations currently open for games, click here.
Temperatures will be taken and guests with fever (100 degrees or higher) or symptoms of COVID-19 will not be permitted to enter.
Face coverings are required for all employees and strongly encouraged (and required, where applicable) for guests.
Games, restrooms and dining rooms will be sanitized every 30 minutes.
Hands will be sanitized upon entry and we encourage you to use Hand Sanitizing Stations often during your visit.
Exercise appropriate respiratory etiquette and wash your hands often during your visit.
A “Kid Check Selfie” will be taken instead of our traditional hand stamp at the Kid Check station.
Certain seating and booths will be closed to provide social distancing.
Certain games and character experiences may not be available. Multi-player games may be limited to one player.
Social distancing in all areas (including seating) should be observed.
Birthday parties and group events will be available to book with limited seating to allow for social distancing. At birthday parties, the Party Host will lead the Birthday Star in a Dedicated Show, and Chuck E. will join the party virtually (no live experience at this time).
No touch payment, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and cards with the capability will be accepted. We also offer a touchless experience with our new E-tickets!
At the Gift Shop, pre-packaged bags will be available for guests who want to limit time at the counter.
Our Salad Bar will not be available in the near term. Pre-packaged House Salads will be available for purchase.
