Very friendly, helpful staff. The place was clean and well organized. The food came out quickly and the kids loved it. The staff was very patient while my kids picked out prizes.

The cashiers were very nice and very helpful helping me choose the best deals for me. The entire staff was very nice to all my family and my children who were both celebrating a birthday. They were happy and that's what made this experience a 10.

Checking in was quick and easy, the young man and girl who assisted me upon arrival were very informative and helpful, they made it smooth and they still checked in us occasionally even though our package did not include a "host". My son had a wonderful time. I did not catch the name of the young man but he was the one with the curly hair and positive attitude, smiling through every interaction. He did a great job with the kids during the happy birthday celebration they have. He was extremely helpful in evert aspect, it was the end of the night and I could tell the supervisor there did not want to deal with anything else asked from her and as he stepped in and continued to help me with a smile the whole time and I left satisfied with the outcome. So thank you for making this such a great experience overall! Your positive attitude does not go unnoticed, you kept a great composure and I know kids can be overwhelming, so as a parent we really appreciate your understanding and helpfulness.
