Customer service was great. Also, the employees were friendly to all kids and families. It was clean.I observe an employee consistently cleaning. My grandbaby had a blast. She enjoyed the baby/ toddler rides. She had a great nap after we left.

We had just come home from a vacation the day before and I was able to basically just show up and everything was handled. The environment is super kid-friendly with lots of game, but not lots of overstimulation. There's natural light and muted carpets... it's spacious but you can still easily find your kinds so it feels contained. As a parent/host, you can relax and have fun with your child without all the usual demands of that role that keep you from enjoying the party.

Our son's 4th birthday celebration at Chuck E. Cheese Takoma Park was truly wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us and our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Everything was organized beautifully, and the kids had an amazing time playing games, laughing, and celebrating together. Seeing the excitement and happiness on our son's face made the day even more special. The staff were friendly, patient, attentive, and helped make the celebration stress-free and memorable for our family. We are so grateful to everyone who played a part in making his 4th birthday such a joyful experience. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese Takoma Park, for helping us create beautiful memories that we will cherish for years to come. It was fun my kids were able to take a picture with chuck and we were able to play endless games with the two hours we bought. the cashiers were helpful in making sure we got everything we needed!
