The staff was AMAZING!! So kind, so patient, so thoughtful, they made my son's 8th birthday absolutely AMAZING. My nephew who is on the spectrum came to the party and the staff was so patient and understanding and accepting of him. They were great with all of our other 8 year old guests and adults too! They really went above and beyond to make sure the party was what my son was hoping for it to be. Everyone was so kind and the pizza was delicious. Direct quote from my daughter " I think I could eat this pizza everyday for the rest of my life".

**10/10 — Absolutely Excellent! ** We had an AMAZING experience! There was such a great variety of games for kids of all ages, so everyone had something they could enjoy. What I loved most was how much family interaction there was—we weren't just watching the kids have fun, we were able to jump in, play, laugh, and make memories together! It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, and the kids had such a fantastic time. We left with big smiles and memories we'll be talking about for a long time! PLUS THE PIZZA IS A HUGE HIT EVERY TIME!!

The children had lots of fun and were busy through the entire time. It was flexible to the number of children. We only had to bring a cake and the rest of the party was supplied for us which is great for busy families!

Everyone had a great enjoy time at my daughter party. The service was great along with prizes for all! The adventure area was a nice touch to make it enjoyable for all ages. All parents were able to relax and enjoy while kids were being kids!

Our host was great and on top of everything. Even when we didn't get a chance to ask it's like she already knew what we needed. My daughter had a blast, and it was her first time ever so I'm happy she was happy. She was upset we had to leave, but would definitely go back again

Love coming to the Hamburg location. The staff is fantastic! They always have their smiles on, are willing to help and are very efficient. The place itself is always clean, which is always a bonus for a place that entertains kids!!

My granddaughter is autistic and can navigate the venue easily. Staff is familiar with her and makes her feel at ease. Regardless of how busy and crazy the venue, every member of the staff is friendly and patient with the kids. I purchase the game pass every month and we visit at least 3-4 times per week. The value is the most exceptional I have ever experienced. Special VIP events for extra prize points or game play add to the value. I recommend getting the play pass to friends and family. The visits can be used as rewards for good behavior or accomplishments or just for a way to get out of the house on a cold or rainy day.
