The staff are just genuinely kind and you can tell they do actually like kids and their job; that's managers, cashiers, maintenance, of course Chuck E and anyone else I've met that works there. The food is great. The rides are actively maintained. Everything is always clean and all the games are almost always working but maintenance comes and fixes it if there is an issue. They seem to share my flair for making sure my kids (all kids) have the best time. We love it. It's just nice to have that stress free time where they are just happy, having fun, and everything goes how they want, occasionally.

The employees always go above and beyond to treat my child with kindness. We enjoy our time there and we love to act like big kids. My child never wants to leave when we get there and her favorite person in the world is Chuck E. Cheese.

My family loves visiting this location. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is always very clean and the games/ride selection is top notch. If you're looking for a fun day out with the kids in the Birmingham area, this is it!
