So clean and kid friendly!! We came early in the day so it was not too busy and there was no wait for the games. All three kids had a blast. Perfect summer break activity

The staff was so friendly, they were complimenting my baby's costume. Chuckie was so nice and took pictures with my baby. The space was clean.

The experience was overall nice. The staff was attentive and courteous. From walking around asking to remove garbage and clean tables to ordering figuring out best deal and any machine issues. So overall the facility and staff was great.

I love the new upgrade even as an adult I had a great time. Food was fresh and well cooked and games were fun. Although my oldest is 13 he had a great time as well

What do guests say about how welcoming it is for every kid?

Our server was AMAZING and made the day special for everyone. With my son being autistic, I very much appreciate having the option to have the party from 8-10, being able to dim the lights and turn off the sound to all the machines. He has always wanted to go here, but I knew his Sensory Processing Disorder would not allow him to. He even wanted a large Chuck E Cheese doll to take home with him and he brings it to therapy every day. We will also be taking advantage of your once a month sensory friendly events and as a mom with a child with a disability I applaud you for making Chuck E Cheese a place neurodivergent children can relax and have fun! You have made this family huge fans of your establishment! Thank you again!

My daughter is on the spectrum, and she has difficulties sometimes and gets over stimulated, and the staff was very kind. And patient with her and the atmosphere was very nice and it was clean.

I haven't been to your restaurant in years, my children our grown. I'm coming back with grandchildren and was pleasantly surprised how well organized and easily it was with your new( play cards) were. We will be returning!

I haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in probably 2 decades. When I tell you we spontaneously went because we saw it from the Aldi parking lot, immediately were sold on the membership, and had a BLAST!!! Staff is SO friendly, pizza was SO good, very clean inside, bathrooms spotless.
