From the time i walked in to the tome that i walked out, staffing were polite and helpful. All of my questions were answered and followed up with positive suggestions on how to make my visit a great experience for my children and I. All games, rides, and soft area were clean and ready for the kids to play. My kids enjoyed themselves and in turn, so did I.

Great experience at Chuck E. Cheese on Snyder! We usually come on weekday afternoons, and it's typically not too busy, which makes it really nice for the kids to enjoy the games without long waits. The staff has been friendly and helpful, and we've had a good experience each time. It's a fun place to spend an afternoon with the kids

Everything was taken care of, food and activities were timed well, kids had a great time and parents didn't need to worry about doing anything. Just brought some cupcakes and that's it! Great party!

The host was very helpful and we had a really good time. They didn't try to kick us out or rush us out of the section once the scheduled party time was over like I've experienced at other places

Excellent and friendly service from all the staff. The manager came over to introduce himself at the start, and would check in with us frequently. It was a super easy experience and all the kids had a blast.
