this location from the moment walking in was a nice vibe. The entrance was secure. The greeter-was kind with a smile. The floor plan was open making it spacious. The order of games and play area was accordingly to age. When ordering food the customer service was excellent. Employee was kind and answered my questions with politeness. Food did not take long. It was freshly hot and tasty. Salad bar was stocked at all times and clean. Chuck E. Cheese came out twice and interacted with all the children. Bathrooms were very clean. Every encounter with an employee was pleasant. As we left the employee made sure all our numbers matched. I'm definitely going to go back to the Norwalk location.
