Honestly the staff is wonderful. They work so hard, with basically a skeleton crew. Sometimes there's only three people, but they make it work. We enjoy our time at Chuck E. Cheese and we are grateful to have this establishment in our town.

Great games, good food, the staff was so sweet. You could tell they was short staffed but they absolutely did amazing. The cashiers was so friendly and patient when it come to picking prizes. The staff was truly amazing. They have games that fit every one's personality!

The staff were very kind and did a great job. Everything was very clean and organized! We enjoyed the time at this establishment and my family would visit it again! Chucky could work on the dancing- wink, wink… lol

Everything was clean, staff was very nice, pizza was good, most of the games were running, and our kiddos had a blast! My husband and I took our children to Chuck E. Cheese in Indianapolis starting 25 years ago and now we take our grandkids to the Muncie location. The kiddos always enjoy playing games and riding rides and with their summer fun pass, it was a no-brainer… I'm sure we will have many more visits this summer.

The staff was so incredible and accommodating. Everything ran so smoothly and efficient and all the kiddos in our party had a blast! The facility was clean and I loved the fact that the kids felt safe enough to browse around the whole facility going back and forth from games and the play zone. Each and every kiddo talked about how much fun they had and they could not wait to have another birthday party there. Chuck E. Cheese came out quite a few times during our visit and made sure to make ever kiddo in our party feel seen and allowed them so much time to talk and take pictures. Hands down one of the best birthday party's we have had.

I had not been to a Chuck E. Cheese for a number of years. I brought 3-upper elementary aged students for a rewards trip. The facility was clean, updated, orderly, and provided excellent service. Purchasing the 2-month Fun Pass was a tremendous value, retrieving great savings in just one visit. Employees presented with superior customer service skills from check in to the secure check out. ALL activities available were enjoyed, with our next rewards trip being planned again!
