Staff was kind, location was clean and well managed. Employees at the front entry, the front counter and the jump area were all kind and patient. Chuck E came out and danced with the kids and posed with anyone who wanted a photo! All the games were working.!

The cashier that assisted me was very patient and knowledgeable and thoughtful about her answers to my questions. It has been a long time since I was last at Chuck E. Cheese and I needed information. The cashier had a line but was still very patient with my questions and answered them all and up sold me for a future package. Also my pizza order got mixed up but the lady in the kitchen was very helpful in checking everything out and making my order correctly. My grandson had the time of his life thanks to the cashier's suggestion. All in all it was a grand day! I only wish I would've gotten the young lady's name.

They did amazing to only have a few people for their shift on an unexpected busy Tuesday. Food hot an ready the characters came out, everything ran smoothly.

There were new games for my kids to play, it was not over crowded and they had enough time to eat and play. The staff were very intentional and helpful when it came to ordering once we arrived and receiving prizes before we left. It was a great experience and night for my children and myself. We will gladly visit again!

My 2yr old granddaughter had a ball! My baby ran, jumped, danced, played & ate until I thought she was gonna bust! (LoL) I live 7mins from Chuck E Cheese & I don't think we made it out the parking lot before my baby was snoring...out like a light! All in All a good time was had!

From the moment we walked through the door it was magical. The staff was engaging and responsive. The manager helped us navigate the new Chuck E. Party. The space was clean and sanitized!! Grateful for the experience! The kids had a blast.

The childcare group of children that I brought had a great time, so that's why I rated my experience a 10. This is an annual trip that I schedule for my 5 to 7 yr old group. They loved this fieldtrip and all of the new games.
