Everything was set up exactly like it was said it would be! Staff was wonderful and friendly and very helpful! Very clean. Food was good and the kids had a blast!

6/18/26 The store was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We came later into the evening and stayed until shortly before close. Nothing but positive attitudes and helpful answers to any questions I had since I had not been to a location in 30 year. I purchased the silver membership without visiting prior and am so happy I did. You made a new regular!

The Crystal Lake Chuck E Cheese location is always clean and the staff is always patient and kind. The hand stamps upon arrival, that are checked before leaving, is a great comfort for safety while visiting. When ordering food it is always hot and delicious. We enjoy visiting at least once a week!

I like to go because we all have fun as a family I have 2 children with autism and they have a wonderful time that's why I like to take them there and the price very good price in everything is worth taking the children to spend a fun time with the family
