This was my first visit in a very long time and the customer service representative was so helpful as I did not realize you had changed from tokens to play card and she pointed the best deals this was such a great experience as I had my with me while waiting for their mother to finish an appointment they had so much fun thank you!

Upon our arrival we were made to feel welcome. The staff very friendly and helpful. Regardless of my many questions, our host was patient and helpful. Food was delicious and served on time. My grandson had a blast!

The workers were courteous. I seen a worker dusting and sanitizing the playing equipment. I received a stamp as well as my child and before leaving the employee made sure to check my stamp matched my child's stamp. They not just letting people walk in or walk out and I appreciate that. The pizza I ordered was cooked timely and was delicious. The bathroom was clean, overall I was proud of the establishment and the employees.

It was super easy. The attendant handled just about everything for me. The place felt safe for the kids to just run around. I didn't panic if I lost sight of one for a minute. The person monitoring the entry/exit made it feel secure.

It was great, just like I remembered as a kid. We went to celebrate a birthday of a friend, and both my boys had hours of fun, and the prices werent bad either. They have stuff for all ages, my 3 year old and 8 year old both found many favorite games in there.

This is my absolute favorite rainy day/hot summer day place to go and take the kids! They always have a blast and the employees are always super nice and courteous to us.

My granddaughter always has a great time at Chuck E. Cheese. They do a pretty good job of keeping the games up and working. The pizza is always great. The perks on top of the membership is always very nice.
