Yes, we offer an individual size gluten-free pizza. Our Smart Flour™ crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings are gluten-free. However, you need to know that this pizza is prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee it will be completely free of gluten.
Most items on our menu do not contain artificially occurring trans fats. We do have a few items that do contain one percent of trans fat per serving, including our chocolate sheet cake and our white sheet cake.
MSG is not listed as an added ingredient in any of our products.
