Everything ran very smoothly, our party coordinator was amazing, and several managers checked in with us during our time to make sure we had everything we needed. The pizza is great and the kids loved the dip n' dots. We added on use of the trampoline and the size of the play space really allowed for my son and his friends to play together.

The kids loved it, it wasn't too busy. It was a perfect spot for a 4 year olds birthday. Definitely aimed more towards the younger group and not teens which is nice. It was clean, the staff is friendly and willing to help.
Deanna T. from Pleasant Valley, NY -
The children really enjoyed the party. Set up and clean up we're taken care of and the kids had a blast playing all the arcade games. On one of the hottest days of the year, it was nice and comfortable inside.

The managers were friendly and accommodating. They greeted me pleasantly and were patient. He even bought out Chucky for a 2nd time to make sure we could get a family picture after our party was over. Very nice.
