I have been too many Chuck E. Cheese in Southern California and I must say this one is the most well run and best Service that I've ever had at any of your facilities. From the Manager running everything from checking families in, taking food orders, picking up Tables to a young man wiping down every table as people left and after kids stopped playing a game. I was there for three hours, and I never seen them stop. I even complimented each team member when I left and told them what a great job they were doing. In my opinion it's hard to find young people with this kind of work ethic these days…I was impressed enough to take the time to tell them personally and to take the time to do this survey so that says a lot.

The restaurant was not as busy as usual maybe because of the world cup game and it being a hot sunday afternoon. Our guests enjoyed the extra space and attentiveness of staff. Ordering extras was easy and quick. Food was delish and timed perfectly. Host was friendly and flexible with our plans so Chuckie could arrive when all of us were here for group pictures and they took so many wonderful shots of us! The room was clean and safe for young children to roam around with their friends and parents could relax a bit while supervising them. Staff were so sweet and helpful with providing extra requests that enhanced our experience like water, hats, takeout boxes. I will book again and recommend to everyone!
