They took great care of us when there was a problem with the oven and it took longer to cook they brought us some food to hold us over till they got it fix.

The manager was extremely nice and very professional, she smiled and greeted my granddaughter. The store was very clean and my granddaughter had a blast. The store was very clean and great entertainment. The staff was awesome.

Staff was great! Handled chaos like pros! Parties were busy during our time. Pizzas were great and over all my son still had " The Best Day Ever"! Parties seems kinda tight but the staff and manager all were hands on deck making it all still happen! We didn't see any attitudes from staff and they handled the fussy customers like champs!

We had my son's 11th birthday party here and he had an amazing experience. The pizza was good, the games were fun, they got to dance with Chuck E Cheese. It was also competitively priced compared to other local attractions.

We have been taking great-grandchildren to this location for 5 years, and although the staff changes the attitude remains friendly. This visit was with a 5 and a 2year old.: the oldest ran through everything he could, stopping only for the pizza (which is really quite good) and drink. The younger is still suspicious of Chuck E (her first year), so she stayed close and played when Chuck E went back in to "nap." She still ate 3 pizza slices and 3 wings and danced. My husband and I love the salad bar; everything is always fresh and just enough variety. What began as a reward for trying hard in swim lessons is still going, and not just for après-swim. We've given the three grandchildren gift cards to go all summer when not with us and their parents are happy.

The kids had a great time, it was so nice seeing them laugh and smile. Chuck E Cheese was so kind and patient to give them a bunch of high fives and patient as they learned his dances. They love him. Clean place. Good food. Feels safe.
