I gave Chuck E. Cheese a 10/10 because, even though a few of the games were broken and took some of my credits, the staff handled the situation amazingly. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and quickly gave my credits back without any hassle. Great customer service really makes a difference, and they made sure my family and I could continue enjoying our visit. Thank you for going above and beyond!
