This was our best experience at any Chuck E Cheese. The facilities were fun with good variety of activities. Everything was clean. The people working were helpful and friendly. And Chuck E Cheese came out regularly and interacted with the kids very well!

There was a lady that could tell my son was autistic & she herself had dealt with her own child having difficulties at a young age. Her understanding and compassion made our experience worth more to me than the games & food.

We've been visiting near by locations since having the summer pass and Gurnee is by far our favorite one. We've been to all the Northern Illinois/SE Wisconsin locations they don't even come close to Gurnee. The food, games, employees, cleanliness are by far top tier.
