From the moment that we arrived until the last guest left, we were catered to and helped. The kids had a grand time and Chuck E was amazing with the kids

Manager Lou helped us out tremendously for our son's birthday! The Birthday Boy had an emergency right before our party; and If it wasn't for LOU our party wouldn't have been as much of a success as it was. My husband and i are greatly appreciative to his dedication to making sure despite uncontrollable circumstances our guest were accommodated and the birthday boy had a good time. We even had a cousin host their birthday party here in May A'Shaylah! 2 years old! Truthfully i'd only host another party here unless Lou was manager on duty.

I really liked how well everything was organized and how everything followed the schedule and happened on time. I didn't have to worry about setting up the table or taking care of anything—the party host handled everything for us. I was able to simply relax and enjoy watching my child have a great time. The pizza was delicious as well. Thank you so much for making the celebration easy and enjoyable!

Everything was set up and ready to go, and the staff was very helpful and hands-on. I felt really supported throughout the entire party, which allowed me to actually enjoy myself instead of worrying about doing everything. Our host was attentive, helpful, and made sure both my guests and I had everything we needed. It was such a great experience!

I give my experience a 10. The location was clean, and I really appreciated that they used picture verification both when entering and when exiting. It made me feel more comfortable knowing there was an additional safety measure in place to help ensure children leave with the same adult or group they entered with.

The party host took care of everything and made it an easy experience. All the employees we encountered were friendly and very helpful. All the kids had funny! No one cried, which is a win!! Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for kids to enjoy themselves. Adults too, if they like playing games like me & my husband do. Best part is how tired the kids are once you get home!
