Friendly staff and atmosphere. The facility was extremely clean. The staff walked around making sure games were working and customers were comfortable. We Will come again!!

Everyone is so nice! The place is impeccably clean and the staff is very accommodating. It is a large ride and game area for the younger children and a great playground!! We love it!

We were greeted by the manager when we pulled up. Our party was at 10am, everything was set up and ready for us. The staff helped up set up the food and was quick about getting the kids set up to play. Overall, everyone had a blast and great time.

We always visit this Chuck E. Cheese location in Sugar Land and have a wonderful experience! The facility is clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. There are plenty of games and activities for kids of different ages, which keeps everyone entertained for hours. What I appreciate most as a parent is the safe, family-friendly atmosphere and how easy it is to let the kids have fun while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The kids love earning tickets and seeing Chuck E. Cheese, and we always leave with lots of smiles and great memories. I would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a fun and engaging place for their children. Also, the summer pass is an excellent deal. We stop in couple times per week!
