We had a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Rocklin, CA! One of the things that stood out most was how incredibly clean the facility was. Everything was well-maintained, organized, and inviting, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff was also exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, patient, and helpful. We had several questions and even needed to make some changes to our membership, and the team was more than willing to assist us. They took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made the process easy and stress-free. It's clear that customer service is a priority here. We truly appreciated the positive atmosphere and the excellent support from the staff. We look forward to visiting again soon!

The employees were very attentive. We had a emergency to cause us to start late. They were very cooperative and allowed us to start our 3 o'clock time till the birthday girl got there which was like 430 and that's when they started the party. I was very happy that they were so attentive.

This Chuck E Cheese location was one of the best and cleanest locations we have been to. Location was very spacious, clean and organized. Children had a lot of fun. Games were working and were clean. A lot of seating space for everyone.

I'm glad to be able to come here and have a great time with my family. The Service provided for me and my children each time is very comforting and appreciated! I don't get breaks as a single mom of three different levels of autistic boys but when I come to this location, it's always welcoming and feeling like home.

This is our first year buying the summer fun pass. My kids love going to Chuck E Cheese and have so much fun playing the games. The Roseville location has so many games and has been one of the nicer locations we've been to. Highly recommend.
