The animatronics were in great shape and were amazing to watch. My 13 year old son sat and watched them for 4 hours straight. He got so inspired by watching them that the next day he was building his own using pvc pipes, cardboard and tape. My 9 year old daughter loved the Animatronics as well and was singing along with them. She also loved the bounce house. Probably the most exercise she got all summer! Her and I bought the 60 minutes of game time, which I felt was a fair price. I hadn't played games in a very long time and I had so much fun. The nerf gun video game was a blast. My daughter was happy with the prizes she got to pick when we turned in our points. The staff was very friendly. The female bathroom was clean. The whole facility was clean. There was a birthday party going on next to us and when Chuck E Cheese came out he was very energetic and super fun. The pizza and pizookie was delicious as well as the cheesy bread. We were excited to purchase some Chuck E Cheese stuffies and keychains. Overall wonderful experience and well worth the one hour plus drive from Livonia, Michigan.

We saw Chuck E. Cheese each hour we were there, they knew the moves, and the second time when only my niece was out there, Chuck e still gave it their all until more kids joined. One car activity was being repaired, and we got to have a great talk about how many workers here help keep us safe and working smoothly. The counter attendants are starting to recognize us, and are always kind and courteous and doing the most to help ensure everyone is having a good time. Chuck E Cheese is a weekly tradition I am quickly looking forward to, and is helping make this summer a blast.

Our five year old has recently gotten into Five Nights at Freddy's (a franchise about haunted animatronics). He was SO excited to hear that there was a pizzeria nearby that still has animatronics. We appreciate you guys keeping that spirit alive and absolutely making his day! He was able to sit right up front in a pizzeria, eat his favorite food (pizza), and watch some real-life animatronics dance and sing songs. He also got to hug Chuck-E, who was like a celebrity to him. We bought a plush Chuck-E to take home, and that mouse has gone everywhere with us since 🙂

This was my daughter's first time. She saw a commercial and really wanted to go, and especially wanted to meet the mascot, which she did. She got a great big hug and it made her so happy.. I loved the 1 hour card that allowed her to play games and I found all the workers very helpful and friendly. My daughter loved it so much she can't stop talking about it and wants to go back asap! Says she wants to marry Chuck E

Staff was super accommodating and friendly. My grandbabe made a new friend the same age as her and their connection was quite magical. Both me and the grandma of the other child were so surprised to see them connecting as if they had known each other their whole lives. The photo booths, ball machine, trampolines, slides and climbing course and video car race games were like a mini- carnival for them to explore freely but safely while we watched their sweet connection unfold. Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, for the perfect playground for new friendship to bloom.

My 2yr old granddaughter had a ball! My baby ran, jumped, danced, played & ate until I thought she was gonna bust! (LoL) I live 7mins from Chuck E Cheese & I don't think we made it out the parking lot before my baby was snoring...out like a light! All in All a good time was had!

My kids get so excited every time we go to Chuck E. Cheese. They running around with happiest energy. They love checking out the prize counter to see what's new, and nothing makes them happier than watching their tickets add up as they play. Seeing their faces light up with every game win and every new prize they discover has made Chuck E. Cheese one of our favorite places to spend time together.

My kids and I visited for the first time and I can almost guarantee that they will remember the visit for the rest of their lives. They jumped on the trampoline, went down the slide, played arcade games, and danced with the Chuck E. Cheese mascot. What more could I ask for on our first visit? It was magical for them.

We went as an impromptu visit on the way home from the gym and found so many deals available on the app. We thought we'd spend only 30 minutes playing games but ended up staying for nearly 3 hours to eat Pizza and let my kid run it out in the trampoline play zone. We always have a great time here.

The restaurant, games and even bathrooms were clean. Almost all of the games worked, good prizes were attainable and the staff were lovely. Chuck E Cheese has been a staple of fun and excitement since I was my childrens ages. I still find myself excited to go to Chuck E Cheese all these years later and getting to see the excitement and joy on the faces of my kids. I still actually remember one of my favorite prizes from Chuck E Cheese that I got when I was maybe 8 or 9 years old. It was a little hard rubber/plastic figurine of Chuck E Cheese. I loved that toy. Keep doing what you all are doing. You help build wonderful memories for kids everywhere you are located.

We love Chuck E. Cheese from the games, to my kids getting to dance with Chuck E., to the food. The addition of the play place with slides and trampolines adds more fun! It's always been my favorite place. I celebrated my 18th at the Chino Location and my 30th was all Chuck E theme. Now I get to pass on that love to my babies. We love being there! We have tons of pictures from the Photo Booth going as far back as 2016. I hope to one day make them into a book for my babies. Chuck E. Cheese will always be our happy place.

I wanted to have this party for my boys 3rd birthday because it was the same venue my mother took me for my 3rd birthday, 40 years ago. It was special for me to do this because my mother died of cancer 2 years ago and could really feel her presence during the party. Everyone had a great time and I highly recommend Chuck E Cheese and this location

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely seemed like they wanted everyone to have a great time. The restaurant was much cleaner than I expected, the games were working, and everything felt well organized. What really stood out was how the employees interacted with the kids. They weren't just doing a job—they made the experience feel special. Chuck E. Cheese took the time to wave, dance, and create memories that had the kids smiling the entire visit. It's refreshing to see a place where customer service still matters. As a parent, finding somewhere that's fun for the kids without being stressful for the adults is rare. I love the fact that when you go in with your child, they make sure to stamp your arm as well as the child's arm. I came in yesterday with my nephew, which had already been in so the young man took the time to verify my nephews stamp and made sure that myself and my grandsons numbers were the same as my Nephew number, meaning taking extra time to insure my family safety when leaving. This alone took my rating up to 10 that was caring, considerate just over and beyond his job.

Friendly staff which were very helpful with menu selections. The trampoline area was open most of the time which was great so we did not have to go find a staff member to open the area. The food was hot and fresh. Chuckie came to see the kids twice while we were there- most of the time we are lucky if he comes out at all. Chuckie went to see all the kids there making sure he Sid to each one- the kids loved it!!

The security check at the entrance and exit is a huge plus and made us feel comfortable letting the kids enjoy themselves. Seeing my children laughing, smiling, and making memories made the trip completely worth it. If you're looking for a place where your kids can burn off energy while you actually enjoy the experience too, I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese. We'll definitely be coming back!
