Friendly staff, security is great checking phone pic every time to ensure my kids are with me, clean restrooms, best Xtra cheese pizza we can find. We have been coming for years and the food, staff, atmosphere, all have stayed consistently great all these years.

Staff was friendly, party host was kind and attentive. My child had lost her wristband with all her tickets and someone kindly returned it. Pior to that a staff member shut down the playground for a bit to search for it. Overall great experience!

All games were functional. No wait for games at the time we played. Chuck came out and danced with the kids. Overall great time. Staff were friendly and patient answering questions about which package to purchase. Safety check was performed at exit which increases my comfort.
