Everyone was so friendly, they made sure that we had everything we needed, they checked in on us often, and my son was extremely happy! Thank you all so much for making our experience worth every dollar! Your staff is professional, accommodating, and made sure the kids had the best experience! Thanks again!

Our party host was amazing and kept me informed of the timeline for events throughout the party. Everything I needed was promptly ready or given. She went the extra mile to make sure things were set up, kids had their food, and she even filled up the drink cups. Teh food was fresh and delicious and the dip in dots came in a variety of flavors. The game cards worked easily and the extra tickets for prizes was a hit! My child loved meeting Chuck E. and enjoyed the birthday show. I appreciated the pricing options and loved that everything was taken care of for me, and I could enjoy my child's special day!

We were very pleased with all the help from the employees and the for the value of the package. The kids had the time of their lives and my daughter felt super special on her big day. Very accommodating and a lot of fun for everyone. The pizza was also amazing. It did not last long. Thank you for giving my daughter a great experience.

This is our go to entertainment center. Seeing Chuck E Cheese come out and dance with the children is a highlight. The games, food and entertainment are why will continue to return to CEC.

What do guests say about how welcoming it is for every kid?

We came for Sensory Sensitive Sunday. My son is autistic and we actually did his birthday party during this time. We invited several other families of children with differing abilities and everyone had a blast. The low crowds, calm environment, and the way we were able to set up the party to meet our needs was great. We did not purchase a party package, however we brought in our own cake and set up at our own tables with minimal decorations. The staff was accommodating and helped us purchase many things for our guests à la carte, like Adventure Zone passes, game cards, pizza/drinks and they helped us streamline deals with a Fun Pass for our son that helped make the purchases more of a value because we bought so much that day. All of the children and parents had a stress-free early morning because their kids could be themselves and our son had a great birthday party in a calmer version of the environment he loves at Chuck E. Cheese.

We don't have a Chuck E. Cheese around us. EVERYTIME we visit Ohio we have to stop in and go there. The closest Chuck E. Cheese is 1.5 hour late away from us. This one is 3 hours away and we still come to this one. 3 or 4 times in the past 6 months

Chuck E. Cheese locations are much nicer, brighter and friendlier than I remember as a kid. Planning a party is easy and the kids absolutely love it. It's clean; the games work; and the prizes are nice. It's all just really nice.
