Because we come here almost weekly. The staff has learned to recognize me in my child. On this day. I came in with the group of friends and later, my sister joined us to take my child home upon trying to exit. The staff stopped her because they didn't recognize her with my son. We laughed at the whole incident, but I do appreciate them actually checking at the exit to make sure each kid is going home with the correct adult.

I haven't been to this location since I was a child myself and was a bit reluctant to visit when my son asked to return so that he could redeem tickets remaining from a recent field trip. I assumed our visit would be like those we've experienced at similar facilities and was proven completely wrong. The entire facility was spotless, there were a wide variety of attractions to keep us all entertained, and the staff was incredible. We were all very impressed. I will think twice about making similar negative assumptions in the future!

We went early in the day and it was very clean and empty. My kids had a great time and did not want to leave!

Ever thing was fresh and me and my girls had fun.

I had a misunderstanding on my part of how big the chocolate chip cookies were and they happily explained to me that they only had one big size and they refunded me my order since I was looking for a small cookies, when this was happening I was worried that I wouldn't be able to watch over my baby playing and a sweet worker offered to watch over her while I sorted out my refund and it made me feel comfortable being there, they really did there big one 10/10!

The employees were extremely professional and showed great enthusiasm with my children, especially Chuck-E-Cheese when he came out to welcome the children. My two year old daughter wouldn't leave his side and he remained patient with her while trying to entertain the other children. The staff was simply magnificent at the Humble, TX location on June 25,2026 from 3-5 pm

We had a really fun visit today. The games were working, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. My son had a blast, and it was nice to have a place where we could just relax and enjoy ourselves for a few hours. We'll definitely be back.

Staff wasn't pushy with upselling but they were accommodating. The pizza was tasty. Every interaction with the staff was smooth and friendly. Just impressed with this visit.

The party we join the girls were very kind and friendly. Always had a smile on their faces. Helpful for us to decide on our food. Clean restaurant

The birthday experience was amazing! The employees worked with my daughter during her birthday show. She is terrified of Chuck E so they did the show without him. She was so comfortable that she was dancing and singing. The service was amazing and fast. They were on top of it all.

Went for my son's 5th birthday. Didn't have a party, but he wanted to come to play. He had a ton of fun. We didn't have any issues, facility was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely return!

Great turn out no hassle the host was super sweet

I highly recommend Chuck E. Cheese! Such a fun experience for my toddlers to run around while parents enjoy food and sit back. I have been going here since I was a little girl and now my kids get to experience it

Chuck E. Cheese has been around since I was my kids ages so coming back with my kids is so much fun! My kids have a blast and the pizza is delicious! I'm so glad we have one close by. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese Humble!
