The spaces including the machines and bathrooms I kept very clean. Even though it's toddlers everywhere, you don't see any mess on the floor and they are quick to clean up when they see something. There's a lot of games for all ages to enjoy. The staff is welcoming and provides good customer service. They have patience when customers have questions or get distracted with their child at the register. It truly is a family oriented space. Parents are nice to each other. Children play with together and make friends for the day. There's food and drinks available to purchase. Best part it closes at 8 PM! A great way to get your child an appetite for dinner and sleepy for bed!

Security is typically present for larger events so it always feels really safe. The kids always have a blast.

I wanted a very easy party process and one that would be fun for kids, and this checked those two boxes. Our party host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to find. Our birthday girl had a blast and really enjoyed herself, as did her friends.

My experience hosting my sons birthday party at Chuck E.Cheese Was immaculate,Fun,Easy.Everything was provided since the first minute we got there,The staff did a great job accommodating anything we had requests for and even things we didn't ask they went above and beyond to make sure it went along smoothly.
