Very pleasant experience. Food was the best it's ever been and we've been going since it was Showbiz pizza. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Clean machines. Everything was above my expectations. The restroom was well stocked and I would actually let my child use it. There's been places that wasn't near as clean, but this store is well managed you can tell. The music was pumping but my mother and I could still hold a conversation without screaming at one another. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We all slept great that night, haha!

Clean place, delicious food and helpful staff. Bathroom was really clean! It's fantastic to be able to enjoy the kids playing while you can keep an eye on them.

Had an issue were someone stole our game card, the manager took care of it quick an easy, gave us a card with our time and tickets back. She was awesome, couldnt have asked for better.

We had such a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and there was so much for my little one to do. He had an absolute blast, and it made for such a fun, easy family outing. We'll definitely be back!

My grandson is a little over a year old and there is stuff that he can do to play in and ride on that gives him enjoyment even at that age and that's what makes us like taking him to Chuck e cheese so much He also loves the Chuck e cheese character that comes out on the floor

It was packed! My granddaughter said she made so many new friends. She's 3. We played games but her favorite was the bouncy area and the slide. Great memories for us grandparents

They are so helpful and friendly. Chuck E Cheese dances with my girls, gives my two year old high fives! The first couple visits she was a little nervous but now she runs right up to Chuck E Cheese and gives him a high five, so sweet! The staff is so friendly. It's clean, organized and so fun for the kids. The pizza is really good, I'm from New England and always have an opinion on pizza but honestly, it's really really good!

We visited this location out of town from our hometown and the kids needed something to do for a few hours. This location has so many great games for littles! Service was excellent and all staff were so nice. Will be back next time we're in town!

Our Youth Flag Football team recently celebrated our Championship season at Chuck E. Cheese, and we had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and did a great job helping us host a large group of excited young athletes and their families. The kids had an absolute blast with the games, food, and prizes, and the party provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate all of their hard work and accomplishments throughout the season. Everything ran smoothly, and the atmosphere was fun, energetic, and family-friendly. Thank you to the team at Chuck E. Cheese in Chattanooga/Hixson for helping us create a memorable end-of-season celebration. We appreciate your hospitality and look forward to visiting again!

What do guests say about how welcoming it is for every kid?

I love that there was lots for both of my kids to do. (4 year old, 9 month old) my son was able to play games and I still could see him while my daughter rode on the carousel or the cars. I also loved that they matched my stamps to my kids stamps to ensure we had the correct children. My partner joined us shortly after we got there, and they even stamped him to match the kids and I as well. Overall, I felt like it was a very fun, clean, and safe environment.
