Chuck E. Cheese’s Helps Grant 40 Wishes

This month, in partnership with Make-A-Wish, Chuck E. Cheese’s is hosting 40 parties for children with critical illnesses leading up to World Wish Day® on April 29, which is the anniversary of the wish that inspired the founding of the organization in 1980. Chuck E. Cheese’s has been working with Make-A-Wish for many years, often being selected as the “reveal” location when a child’s wish is announced, or granted for the very first time.

“Having a reveal moment or party is a huge milestone for children with life-threatening medical conditions,” said Scotty Landry, CEO of Make-A-Wish North Texas, one of 62 chapters granting wishes around the U.S. “A wish plays an important role in a child’s treatment and we are thrilled to partner with the birthday party pros at Chuck E. Cheese’s to give these kids a celebration to remember as part of their wish journey.”

Biggest Birthday Ever

The 40th fun doesn’t stop there; guests are invited to visit their local Chuck E. Cheese’s restaurant on Friday, May 19 for the ‘Biggest, Birthday Ever!’ Each child will receive 40 free tickets, a piece of birthday cake (while supplies last), a branded birthday blower, and the chance to participate in a record-breaking stunt. Additional details will be announced later this month.
