• Chuck E. Cheese Big Day of Birthdays is an in-store event held at participating Chuck E. Cheese locations across the U.S. and Canada on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. local time.
• To plus up the fun, valid only on Thursday, September 7, 2023, upon request, attendees can enjoy a special games offer of 30 free minutes of All You Can Play games with the purchase of 60 minutes.

Each participating location will be giving away:

• One free Ultimate Fun Birthday Party Package for up to 10 kids, which includes All You Can Play games during the birthday party, a LIVE Birthday Show with Chuck E., a ticket blaster experience for the Birthday Star, two slices of pizza per child, unlimited soft drinks, Dippin’ Dots® Ice Cream, complete party setup and a reserved table for two hours, 100 bonus E-tickets, goody bags and 2 slices of pizza and drinks for adults attending the party.

At the 38 Los Angeles Chuck E. Cheese locations only, two lucky winners will each receive a free Ultimate Fun Birthday Party Package for up to 10 kids.

• To enter for a chance to win, visit any participating Chuck E. Cheese fun center on Thursday, September 7th starting at 6pm local time to submit your first and last name along with your email address.
• You must have the Chuck E. Cheese App and be a member of the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards Program to participate.
• By entering the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.

• Live giveaways will occur at participating fun center locations at 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, 7:15 and 7:30pm local time.
• All prizes will be redeemable through the Chuck E. Cheese app, therefore, app download and Rewards Member sign-up is required.

No purchase is necessary to enter, win or claim a prize.

• To participate, you must have the Chuck E. Cheese App and be a member of the Chuck E. Cheese Rewards Program, over the age of 18.
• You must be present to win on Giveaway Date at the drawing time to win. There is no cost to enter.
• You must be a legal resident of the state or province in which that location is located.
• Chuck E. Cheese employees and their relatives are not eligible to enter.

All prizes will be pushed to the winner’s app on the Giveaway Date.

Winners must reserve and hold a birthday party by September 30, 2024, to claim the prize. Grand Prize winners must present the prize redeemable in the App at the front counter, and Second Prize winners must present their voucher at the front counter on the date of the reserved party.

The redeemable cannot be used for alcohol or gift cards, and it cannot be combined with other discounts or coupons. It can only be used for one transaction, and any remaining value will be forfeited. A second prize cannot be applied to a reserved birthday party deposit.

Winners are responsible for any taxes and charges related to the prizes as required by law.

The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any other form of compensation.

By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined and releases Chuck E. Cheese and its affiliates from any damages related to the Giveaway or Prize acceptance.

Chuck E. Cheese reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, the Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.

The terms and conditions are governed by Texas law, and any disputes will be resolved in state and federal courts in Dallas, Texas.
