For my son's party- one of his invited guests- I had made it clear to that parent that only her son was invited and not her daughter too as it's a pay per child venue. There's only a set number of plates, food, dip n dots, drink cups, and birthday hats. She came anyway and it was awkward and I was annoyed with our friend's mom for doing that. When it was time to eat the dip n dots the manager quietly brought over 8 instead of the 7 for the 7 invited children. I saw him while getting drinks and asked him if we had been charged for the additional dip n dots. He said no and that he had brought it over for the extra child. He said they see this all the time where parents bring uninvited children. Another parent walked by and overheard and said, "They are so nice here!" I commented, "I agree!" I was so moved that I was not charged for the uninvited child and that the manager casually brought over an extra dip n dots. I don't know if the manager had HR type training on that or if he instinctively knew to do that but that extra kind gesture made my day. I will remember that and we will continue coming back to support that location because of the amazing manager and his thoughtfulness. So if you guys could do something special for that manager to thank him for going above and beyond, please do because he is a keeper for your organization.

Games were clean and staff was wonderful super helpful and just an overall delight! They were very smiley and so sweet to my son.

The entire staff was so cooperative and proactive, kind helpful and patient. We had a party of 20 kids and the way everything was provided was fabulous.

Staff was very nice and the food was great. We love coming and our membership. It's amazing seeing such pleasant and helpful staff. I love that the company employs individuals with limitations also. This warms my heart. We come often and will continue.

Very clean store. Polite employees. Brought my grandchildren for the first time. I brought their mom here 30 yrs ago. They had a great time!

We visit frequently because we have the monthly pass. Which is well worth the money especially if you come more than once a month. The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond. And the store and restrooms itself are always so clean.
