My grandson had a great time. I love how they stamp you and make sure that you're taking the right kid out when you leave and it's a nice atmosphere clean and the games of fun for the kids

I grew up going to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid. Now that I'm a parent, it's so wonderful to be able to watch my child enjoy the same things I used to as a kid. The Waco Chuck E. Cheese went above my expectations in every way. I was very surprised to see how modern and updated the play area and arcade games were. All of the games were working which was a really nice plus. I much prefer the card system instead of coins as most arcades have moved towards the card and it's so much easier to manage. My 4 year old was able to swipe the card and play with no issues. Checking the balance throughout was nice and I like the time versus points options The pizza was really good and my picky son even ate it! I was also impressed by how clean everything was. I did not see any grime or dirty games or play areas. Lastly, the staff were attentive to both parents and children. There was someone working kid check and staff kept an eye on the kids playing on the trampoline area. When some kids went on the trampoline with shoes and a kid got hurt, the staff was there immediately to handle the situation. Chuck E. Cheese came out and was very interactive with my son and took photos and danced with him. My son is already asking to go back! Overall I was very impressed with the Waco, TX Chuck E. Cheese and we will definitely be regular patrons from here on out!

Everyone was phenomenal and went above and beyond. The food was delicious and all my kids had an amazing time even my 1 year old. Definitely will be coming back!

I been going to Chuck E Cheese since I was kid. My wife thought it would be a good idea to surprise the kids and take them. They had a wonderful time. We bought the summer pass. Since we know we will be going on a regular basis. From the moment we walked in from the moment we left, we were treated great. No complaints about the staff they did a wonderful job. The food also was delicious. Kids are already asking to go again we just went a day ago. I'm not going to lie. I'm ready to go myself and enjoy playing the games with the kids.
