My two year old was having an absolute meltdown. His older sister was behaving really well and I couldn't leave. I wanted my daughter to play. While I was dealing with my two year old, a worker possibly manager, came over and gave us an ice cream to help. It completely snapped him out of it. And made him perk up and start playing. She was a huge help. Thank you!!

The employees were kind, helpful and patient. The establishment itself was very clean including the bathrooms and salad bar area. There were a ton of games to choose from and even chucky made an appearance.

We have hosted two parties, attended parties, the kids have visited with a group, and we've visited as a family. We always have an amazing time at the Vancouver location! This past visit was to celebrate a birthday and we purchased the package for six kids. They had a blast playing games and I got a discount for them to go into the Discovery Zone. The staff were excellent and accommodating depending on when we wanted to do things to maximize our time. We moved the party to the general seating area and were at the store for hours!

This is our usual Chuck E Cheese spot and the staff makes it so comfortable and easy to host a party. Our party didn't include a host and staff still made sure to ask all the right questions and approach us nicely.

From arriving, to leaving, the time spent there was wonderful. The kids loved it there and spent several hours having fun. The customer service was great, and the pizza was delicious. The kids want to go back asap!
