The store was clean, staff was friendly and accomidating. We hadn't been to a Chucky Cheese in many years, so our check in was an experience but the young lady was extremely patient and friendly. Same with the gift gallery.

What do guests say about the pizza and food?

We hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese since we were kids, this was our first time getting to take our two kids(one 4 year old and a 7 month old). They both had an absolute blast and we all(except the four year old-he can't have dairy yet) absolutely loved the cheese pizza! Plus, it was made and brought out super fast. We will definitely come back, especially to this location. Every single employee was soo kind and helpful. Yumm!!
Emma B. from Scott City -
Great experience from the door to the game room. Cashier/ attendant was super friendly and patient. Food was honestly the best I ever had from a Chuck E. Cheese. Couldn't complain in anyway.
Paul G. from St. Louis, MO -
Food was better this time. Pizza excellent. Also accepted veterans discount that they wouldn't do last time. First time for salad bar which was excellent

This was by far the best Chuck E. Cheese we have been to. We travel a lot and we tend to find a new location to see different games. The food here was the BEST out of all of my experiences. Thank you!

What do guests say about value, passes and memberships?
-
I have to say I was very impressed, I have a 3 year old and we did the family deal which came with 125 point game card and 1000 bonus tickets. I was expecting a chaotic stressful experience, it was completely opposite. I walked in and straight up to the counter and was taken care of right away, found a table close to the gaming area. The pizza was good and the games were very reasonable, I didn't think our card would last long, but each game was typically only 1 point and with the added tickets he got some nice prizes, we ended up being there for 3 hours! We will definitely be going back.
Ashley W. from St. Louis, MO -
I've lived in St. Louis all my life and had taken my children there many years ago, now that I'm retired, I decided to take two of my grandchildren there and I was so impressed on the cleanliness and friendly staff that I bought a membership. My grandson's absolutely love it! And I'm five minutes away, so I don't feel like I have to stay for hours. It's definitely great value for what you get and it gives you a variety of memberships to help with budgeting. We absolutely loved it! I highly recommend it and I highly recommend recommended it on my Facebook page.
