I love Chuck E. Cheese because it's a calm, beautiful, and safe place for families. Whenever I want to go out with my friends and our kids, it's always my first choice. The environment is clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Parents can relax and enjoy spending time with their friends without constantly worrying about their children getting lost or into trouble. In my opinion, it's even better than many parks because it offers a safe and enjoyable place for both kids and adults.

Staff was attentive and welcoming, the facility was clean, and the kids and adults had a great time. Oh, yea...and I scored 64 points on the basketball game and wow'ed my whole family. That alone was worth it. Still got it. 😉

From the moment we arrived the Customer Service rep was polite and explained everything to me in detail. His demeaner was great and it just kicked off a great time there. When ever i spoke to any rep they always stopped what they were doing and gave me their entire attention and answered my questions until i was totally good. They were never in a rush or pressured to be elsewhere but to answer and help my need. Sincerely the staff at this location and time gave A Customer service. You could not do anything better in my opinion. All the games worked, all the cards worked. The pizza was delicious. It was a perfect party and we will definately have chucke e cheese on our list for entertainment!!
