All the employees were very helpful! from making announcements, adding more guests, and adding the fun zone for kids. I kept visiting the front desk and they helped me quickly. I also loved that i was able to drop off some decor the night before and they helped set up. Showing up to the table ready was a time saver.

We didn't do a party package with hostess, but that was fine because our service we received was amazing. I think the lady that helped us was the manager, though Im not 100% sure, but whatever her role was she went above and beyond that. She had everything set up, checked in often, came and set up cake and organized group and Chuck E in birthday song, and cleaned up everything! Amazing service!!!

The staff was nice and everything was clean and actually working properly. Pizza was so good my kids ate the whole thing.
Cheyenne H. from Fort Smith, AR -
Overall, everything was excellent! We were greeted by the host, and the manager came over to introduce themselves. The host did a great job from answering all of our questions to assisting and making sure everything stayed on track with the party schedule. Thank you for making it such a great experience!
