This visit was to celebrate my sons birthday and he greatly enjoyed his experience playing the games and getting prizes after. He enjoyed having so many extra points provided with his Fun Pass membership.

Our daughter had a wonderful birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese. The staff was so nice and helpful, and the kids had fun playing games and dancing playing on the digital dance floor. The facility is clean and updated. I'd recommend a party here for any parent looking for a stress-free option.

Everything about the experience was top notch. Our host was amazing!!! He went out of his way to make sure every single moment of our party was perfect!!! The entire staff was friendly and helpful!!!

Great experience because of the helpful and caring staff. Really made my youngest daughter's birthday special and also my oldest on a separate ocassion. Both my girls enjoyed their birthdays due to the great atmosphere and amazing staff.

We were so surprised about how clean the facility was, how fun the games were, and how nice the staff was. This is not in the nicest area of Raleigh so we had medium expectations. Kids had a great time! We will be back!

Everything was very clean and all of the machines that my grandchildren played on were working and we had no problems. The employees who checked us in and helped us with the prizes were very helpful and kind. My grandchildren had a wonderful time and are anxious to go back.

We visit quite often and staff is always so welcoming and helpful. It's always clean and food is always delicious and fresh. I've never seen a game broken or out of order. When it's time to leave, at times we go straight for your door without thinking and we're stopped each time to make sure our stamps match! As a parent in this crazy world today it's nice to know Chucky Cheese is there to help keep my kids safe in their own way! Thank you so much. We always have so much fun!

Staff greeted us and was friendly when we first came in. The process of purchasing play time was super easy. The place wasn't packed or overcrowded. We were able play every game she wanted to and everything was really clean. My daughter was excited to see there were new games to play! She also loves getting prizes at the end. The remodel and updated game floor is nice. Will definitely be back.

My overall experience was awesome. I always love visiting with my children. We always have pizza and salad and enjoy the gold membership perks. Usually we can play for about 2 hours on the membership play points allotted and that is just enough time to play and eat. We always have dipping dots for desert and my girls love the indoor play area add on.
