From the moment we walked in our son had a smile on his face. It was super clean and staff were so friendly. Pricing was great given the time we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone with children!

I was VERY impressed with the cleanliness of the location and the organization of the birthday party we went to. I also thought the stamp idea was a genius way to ensure children's safety so as to avoid a child leaving unattended or with the wrong person.

Manchester is a great location. Staff is patient with the kids and quick to clear the front desk line. Kid's checkpoint is always staffed making me feel safe when losing site of the kids. Location is generally clean with few to no out of service games - games that are out of service are typically fixed quickly.

All the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful. Our party host was flexible and easy to work with, the staff at the front counter were incredibly reasonable and kind. the facility was clean, the party was so easy and staff knew when food should come out and we didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, it was a great birthday experience

This was our first time to Chuck E Cheese and our two grandsons had a blast! They can't wait to go again. You have many age appropriate activities and I thought the place was safe and clean. They stamped our hands and checked them when we left.

It was busy, but not crazy. People were working and keeping up with everything. My granddaughter played and had a great time on a rainy camping day. What more could a Grandmother and a great grandmother ask for on a rainy day

It is such an easier system then before. I love the pay for unlimited plays by time. Much better and cheaper for your customers. It will make it so I will come back more often then previous years.
