What Guests Say About Chuck E. Cheese Knoxville

I brought 5 teenagers and 1 8 yr old and I just feel like they were so kind and really made it special for my daughter turning 16. We also were little slower leaving then planned and even though we walked out at exactly 10 pm, they remained extremely kind even though I know it sucks have people dragging getting out. My host was so helpful and kind as well as the front employees and even Chuck E Cheese was sweet to the teens. I was wondering how it would be bringing teens and them being annoyed with teens but they were absolutely amazing.

I loved the way they done the birthday party by letting us know when the pizza and chuckie were ready. Loved the games and atmosphere!

It was a perfect location for a 5-year-old birthday party. My kids had never been there before, and they loved it. It was hard to get them to leave. It was clean, there was a lot for them to do, the service was good, the food was decent (better than expected), and the price was reasonable. It was certainly the easiest (on me) birthday party we have hosted for our kids. It was a great choice!

I attended a birthday party this past Saturday. The host seemed very helpful and very present, especially with the kids they even danced with the kids and helped alongside Chuckie when he came out. The employees were sweeping/cleaning pretty much the whole time which was a good sight to see knowing they are cleaning the rides/attractions.

The last time I went to a Chuck E Cheese was when my daughters were little in Phoenix AZ This visit was for my granddaughter's 4 year old birthday along with my 3 year old grandson. The food was excellent, everything was clean, looked brand new and it wasn't overwhelming for little ones; there was just enough for them to have a blast. The new technology with the lit up dance floor with moving characters as you step on them is amazing along with the videos. We will be looking at yearly memberships soon.

The staff was very friendly, the pizza was delicious, the facility was clean and all of the games worked.

Our 13 yr old special needs daughter had never been. She had a blast. Our family came to Show Biz Pizza in the late 80s. Our kids, we had them, loved it. The kids we have now loved Chuck E Cheese.

I was able to get some work on my computer done knowing my child was in a safe place. She was not stuck at home with me not able to play with her because of the things I had to do. We had some of the best pizza in town. When I got finished with what I had to do, we had some of the best air hockey games and giggles. Chuck E. Cheese, you've come a long way from the showbiz pizza days that my parents dreaded. Thank you!
