Because everyone at the SkyView location treats every customer like they are the the only person that matters. I say this because i hear the same thing from other parents here. Everyone seems to have favorites! Lol

Promptly greeted. Ease of transaction. Food was surprisingly good. Staff was always nearby when needed. Did not wait long to redeem tickets for prizes.

Staff persons were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. All the games seemed to be in working order. Food was good. Staff persons patience with us as we ordered food and put points on the "play cards" and with the kids as they chose their prizes was very important in providing a good experience.

Asked about Chuck E coming out for a show for my daughters birthday and even though they have done most of the shows for the day as it was already 8pm and they close at 9pm, they had Chuck E come out for one last time an hour before closing time. My daughter absolutely loved that moment. She was very happy to see Chuck E.

Great games, organization, attentiveness, and cleanliness. We were attended to as soon as we stepped in the door and throughout the two hours. Kids had a blast and as a parent, I didn't have to worry about a thing. Doesn't get much better than that!

My son had a great 5th bday party! The host was attentive and helpful. They wanted to make sure all of the kids had a good time and were well taken care of. I like that the cards are on a timer so they can play as much as possible during the party!
