Our host provided excellent service and my daughter was very happy to get to meet Chuckey. The food was fantastic and we received nothing but compliments from the kids and adults. My girls left with some great prizes and are already asking if they can have their party there again next year.

We had a double birthday party for a 2 and 3 year old and the customer service was great. All the children ages 1 to 11 had a great time. Even the parents enjoyed playing the games with their children. Good clean family fun!!!

The employees were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, the food was hot and the games were fun. We go there as often as we can. We generally see the same employees and they are always very friendly, helpful and kind. It's a safe place to take your kids to play. They have cameras and they do the kid check to ensure that everyone is safe.

The staff was so friendly with the children and this was the cleanest chuck e cheese I've ever been to in over 30 years. Chuck E. Cheese is closed down in my hometown

The atmosphere was good. The employees were friendly and helpful. They gave a "kid check" when you enter. They watch to make sure that the kids leave with the correct person. When there are questions the employees are alway happy yo help and answer questions.

The staff work hard and they still take time to help you with anything you need. It's always clean and depending on the day and time it's not overly crowded but the kids always have fun. There's alot for them to do and play as well so it keeps them busy.

The staff were very friendly to my children and family members. They were very polite and I truly appreciated that one of them dressed up as Chuck E. Cheese and came out to see my children. They are special needs and they absolutely loved it! It was my daughter's first time interacting with him and he was so gentle and sweet with her.
