There seemed to be only 2 employees on the floor. The 2 employees were checking people in, taking orders at the register, hosting 2 parties, delivering food to the parties, and Im pretty sure obe of the 2 was also chuck e cheese. They remained calm with smiles throughout the whole event. They were also very efficient. While there were some things that I was expecting that didn't happen, it was not because of your employees. The way your employees handled it was amazing. I give the 2 employees that day 10 out of 10 stars.

The party host made us all feel welcomed and helped so much with the set up and came by often to check on us

We were greeted with a smile and the workers were all attentive and friendly. Games and food were great!!! The kids loved it.

My family and I absolutely love visiting Chuck E. Cheese. My four Suga Babies and I even travel across the United States just to experience different locations, and every visit feels special. As a Gold Member, we truly appreciate the consistently welcoming atmosphere. The staff go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile, which makes a huge difference for families like ours. The food (especially the pizza) is always fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly high quality, making it something we genuinely look forward to every visit. Combined with the wide variety of fun and exciting games, Chuck E. Cheese gives us the perfect place to relax, laugh, and create lasting memories together. It is more than just a place to play—it is where our family bonds and enjoys meaningful time together.

It was a very great experience! My two younger siblings enjoyed it and had fun playing on the games there.
