It's clean. Friendly. And the salad the bar is always freshly stocked. The food is delicious and consistent. It's the perfect combination of having family time, getting the kids out of the house and a bonus for me of not having to cook dinner. I also love the extra coupons they have in the app. It always adds to the experience if we get a free dipping dots or extra ticket.

Every time we go, it's always clean. Staff is nice. It's not super crowded. There's no chaos. It's always very well organized music playing, and my son is always very happy.

HB Chuck E. Cheese is the location to visit. The play area is much larger, and the games were all clean and functioning. Many more games than other locations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the food was good. The place was clean.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! My husband was getting a salad & my little one started asking him for water. He told her to hold on until he was done then he would ask for one. The lady overheard my daughter & grabbed her a water. She even drew Chuck E on the cup making it extra special for her. She loved it!

The Chuck E. Cheese party is such a great choice. Less hassle and stress of party planning as the host does it all for you. I was actually able to be a "guest" while hosting. I was able to be more involved with my son (birthday boy) and party guest. I will definitely book again!

It was great fun in our first time going there with my 2 1/2 year-old granddaughter perfect it was the perfect time of day as school had just started and there were not that many kids there so she was able to explore without being overwhelmed
