Staff was very nice and professional. We celebrated our sons 3rd birthday with family and our son along with nieces had a great time playing games and on the soft play/ trampoline areas!

My kids loved it.. the party was stress free for us parents. Kids liked the pizza, games, etc. chuck e came out and took pictures with the kids. They had a show. It was cute. My kids want to come back.

We love coming to Chuck E. Cheese! It's the best place for my boys to play. They love the wide selection of arcade games plus the trampoline area! We can spend hours here. We come at least once a week.

We recently attended a playdate at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was such a great experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit enjoyable for both the kids and the adults. One moment that really stood out was when my son accidentally knocked over the cups at the counter. After I corrected him, the cashier was incredibly kind and understanding about the situation. She didn't make us feel embarrassed at all and handled it with so much patience and professionalism. The restaurant was clean, the kids had an amazing time playing, and the overall atmosphere was fun and family-friendly. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be back for another visit!

Visited for my son's school fundraiser night. Even though there was a long line to order when we got there the employees were fast and friendly. Quality of food is always excellent.

We had a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese in Daphne on Sunday! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. She went above and beyond with snack and game suggestions for my grandchildren and even stayed open a little late so they could choose their prizes. Excellent customer service and such a pleasant experience!

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My family had a great time. We were there for 2 hours. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the salad bar offered a great variety of fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit, and I would gladly return.

We did a party for my 21yr old. He loved CC when he was little so I thought it would be a good surprise. We were not treated any differently being he was older. It was great. He had the best time ever.

Very enjoyable place to go to and I love taking my kids. I used to go a lot when a kid for what felt like every birthday party and if I enjoyed it as a kid then I know my kids would as well.
