Staff was very nice and professional. We celebrated our sons 3rd birthday with family and our son along with nieces had a great time playing games and on the soft play/ trampoline areas!

We love coming to Chuck E. Cheese! It's the best place for my boys to play. They love the wide selection of arcade games plus the trampoline area! We can spend hours here. We come at least once a week.

We recently attended a playdate at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was such a great experience! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit enjoyable for both the kids and the adults. One moment that really stood out was when my son accidentally knocked over the cups at the counter. After I corrected him, the cashier was incredibly kind and understanding about the situation. She didn't make us feel embarrassed at all and handled it with so much patience and professionalism. The restaurant was clean, the kids had an amazing time playing, and the overall atmosphere was fun and family-friendly. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be back for another visit!

I always enjoy my time coming to the Grand Prairie Chuck E. Cheese. My kids always have so much fun and there's always new games coming in and I feel secure with them running off to solo play versus other places

We did a party for my 21yr old. He loved CC when he was little so I thought it would be a good surprise. We were not treated any differently being he was older. It was great. He had the best time ever.

Very enjoyable place to go to and I love taking my kids. I used to go a lot when a kid for what felt like every birthday party and if I enjoyed it as a kid then I know my kids would as well.
