What Guests Say About Chuck E. Cheese Fort Worth (Hulen)

Chuck E Cheese is always fun but this location had really good food that came out fast. The workers were helpful and did not rush me when using coupons on my app. They were very patient and kind. The games had a great selection and none were broken.

We always have so much fun, from the cleanliness of the environment to the friendly staff. I love how my kids could play independently without the fear of them leaving the building. The staff's energy was incredible—smiling, helpful, and making sure the kids were having fun. It's clear the team here takes pride in their work. We'll definitely be back soon.

The location was understaffed that day. We watched them pull together to help every family celebrate their children. This location was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful!

The staff is sooooo good with children. It was such a calm environment not too overwhelming for a toddler to explore. He genuinely had a blast.

Every time we go customer service is great. The employee tend to us promptly. They are very patient, I have 3 kiddos and when it comes to ordering and/or picking prizes that can be time consuming and they are very patient.

All employees were taking care of business. Although it was quite crowded everything was running very smoothly.

My host was amazing! She made everything run smoothly and stress free!

We had such a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The entire place was incredibly clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. There were so many fun games and rides to keep the kids entertained for hours, and the prize selection had an excellent variety of toys that children actually get excited about. The food was fresh and tasty, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy a meal together while having fun. Most importantly, the environment felt safe, family-friendly, and welcoming for both children and parents. It's a great place to make special memories, and we can't wait to come back!

Well… I went on a Thursday so it wasn't crowded and it was very clean. My toddler granddaughter had a great time.
